Conclusion:

Glutamine is an amino acid and if you eat a well balanced diet, so this is not a supplement that’s a must-have. Having said that, 20 dollars to ensure you get plenty of glutamine is cost effective and is something that can be taken with anything.

This is flavorless and you can mix with anything. I usually mix mine with my amino acid drinks, post workout shakes, or a shake before I go to bed. It’s flavorless and I’ve mixed it in 8 ounces of water and did not have a flavor.

Overall I give this product a 5/5.

This supplement is certainly not needed, but is nice to have and easy to get in a scoop. A scoop is not provided so be sure to get a teaspoon measuring spoon to keep with the bottle.
